Wearing your posture corrector is simple and easy. Simply follow the steps below and you will be on your way to a healthier, more aligned back.
It is important for you to continue being observant of your posture when you are not wearing the device, so you have a grasp on your own progress.



Step 1:

Put on the posture corrector to your back just like wearing clothes.

Step 2:

Fasten the straps and with both hands through the shoulder straps.

Step 3:

Pull the fixing strap to your chest and adjust its length to make it tight.


Straighten your back and put your upper back on your shoulders. Tighten all the straps so you don’t feel uncomfortable. It is not recommended to start for more than 30 minutes. You can start from 10-20 minutes per day, and then gradually extend 10-20 minutes to 1 hour per day. Do not wear while sleeping.

Although the material of posture corrector is breathable and skin-friendly, in order to ensure your comfort, we still do not recommend wearing it to directly touch your skin.

You may wear it for 15 to 30 minutes a day for three or four days a week, gradually increasing the days.
